Our Story - From the beginning

In 2009, Mrs. Chetna Gherwada and her husband, inspired by a passion for India's rich tradition of scents, embarked on a daring journey. Despite limited resources and the challenges of starting a business in a competitive market, she established a small incense stick manufacturing unit under our parent company, I B CORPORATION. Her unwavering dedication to sharing India's fragrant heritage drove her forward, even when faced with financial struggles and personal sacrifices.

The turning point came when a local temple purchased their incense sticks, fueling their determination and marking the start of a growing reputation for quality and authenticity. From these humble beginnings, the family business transformed into IBCO INDIA, overcoming setbacks to become a trusted name. Today, IBCO INDIA offers over 200 varieties of incense sticks and fragrance oils, meticulously crafted and available in diverse packaging to meet every need.

As the next generation in our family business, Ms. Nidhi Uday Gherwada has infused fresh energy and innovation into IBCO INDIA. Growing up surrounded by the enchanting world of scents, Nidhi developed a profound understanding and appreciation for fragrances. Her passion led her to pursue postgraduate studies in perfumery and cosmetics, where she gained deep insights into the art and science of natural and synthetic materials. Nidhi’s expertise in herbal blends and essential oils brings a modern twist to our traditional roots, ensuring that every product we offer is not just a fragrance, but a holistic experience.
